How We Determine Rates
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the number of items in your order before any deductions.We offer Ground, Priority or Next Day service through USPS and UPS.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from misakiusa.com containing the tracking information and a link to the carrier’s website.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. However, the purchase of any earrings is final and will neither be refunded nor exchanged, unless a manufacturer’s defect is present. This is done for reasons of hygiene.
All Merchandise must be returned with its original packaging.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase can be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
You may return or exchange merchandise purchased through Misaki.com or Misakiusa.com at any Misaki USA store location.
How to Return/Exchange by Mail:
Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the front of the packing slip next to the line item you are returning.
Include your packing slip and all original documentation with your merchandise (you may want to make a copy of your packing slip for yourself).
Please ship your merchandise pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price to the address indicated on your packing slip.
Please note:
Your packing slip must accompany your return.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.
Misaki.com, Misakiusa.com and Pearl Your Life, Inc. are not responsible for merchandise that it does not receive or that is not refunded in accordance with these terms.
